Alot of players were either bad last season or were so good in the CHampionship that they need to do it in the big League e.g. Taarabt, Downing and Joe Cole.

Name some players who have something to prove, this should be a good discussion fro you guys. Lets debate!

Lots of answers, i think ones as a club is Swansea. THey had a good season last year and with a new man in charge they need to show if there style will work. From a players perspective i think Torres and Carroll and then from a managers perspective its Rodgers and Lambert

Liverpool have a lot: Adam, Spearing, Aqua, Downing, Hendo, Carroll if he stays, Carragher to prove he can still do a job, Gerrard that he can play more then half a season, Enrique that he can play like he did in his first 6 months at LFC... Like I say a lot but think most I mentioned will have a decent season compared to last be it with LFC or some other team, especially Carroll

Phil Jones, looked like he was going to be a world-beater until he lost the ability to trap a ball.

@mrsentah How about, If Newcastle don't finish in the top 8 next season, I change the team I support to any of your choice? wink Vice versa if they do finish in the top 8? Or would you rather bet on if Newcastle finish above you or not, table position irrelevant.
