Robin Van Persie.
Manchester United
Can that be possible enough for man utd? city look to take him at any time and any cost but if united do get a chance they shouldn't hesitate a bit. How would this appointment be for united if they get him?? do share your thoughts...

@jasonphillips10 really??? What's stopping him they can pay him the same as City and offer trophies or chances of some
Robin would never go to United! Theres no loyalty in football anymore but even he couldn't stoop that low.
cant see RVP at Man Utd or another English club myself, can see him playing for barca next season but i do think the deal could be money and a player

i severely doubt he will join Utd. I don't think he will join another English side. I hope its Juventus as i like them

He won't come to Utd. If he goes to any PL side it'll be the one who offers the highest wages - therefore City. Whether he could see himself at another PL side is the only issue. Juventus seem a good bet for him at the moment.

but why i see him to be good to united is because of the partnership he can create with wayne rooney.real deadly one.

Don't know where I heard he was 30, 15 mil I'd snap their hand off no problem but with the amount of clubs in for him its going to be a lot more, I'd much prefer someone like Higuain if United could persuade him or Cavani, forget Villa I reckon too old and Llorente doesn't seem to have great fitness either

@IanRush I think RVP is sly, now after saying the stuff he said Teams will offer much less money knowing he has no intention of staying. If he goes Manchester it will be to City. Look what happened with Nasri last year????
He'll improve any team he plays in, I can't think of an exception to the rule? however as has been rightly mentioned, if the fee's greater than 12-15M, that represents a big gamble considering his injury record...

In all honesty can't see, more chance going to Man City as they'll offer a better package and right now the most appealing team in the prem right now!

Everyone brings van persies age into account but he is not a striker who relies on pace or natural fitness... Hes gonna be like a van nistelrooy, and play for another 8 years or so baring any big injuries... He would be a class signing for any team, but for 30 million no chance, if arsenal get anything more than 15 mil its a joke... RVP has had about 120 starts in 8 seasons he'll make a big money move n get his leg broken lol
@Doozers20 he's 28 btw, three more years could be good.

Think I may be the only one to have this opinion but I don't want United to go spending around 30 million on a 30 year old player that has had 1 amazing season and was injured all the time in pretty much every season before then, much rather Llorente, Muniain, Higuain, Villa for that price
