Nicklas Bendtner
Nicklas Bendtner hasn't had the smoothest of rides in the football world but still continues to lead the line for his home country, Denmark. He has yet to force his way onto the scene at Arsenal, which has to led loans spells at Birmingham and more recently Sunderland. At Sunderland, without much competiton, saw a richer vain of form (8 goals) with more established performances and regular starts. So now being linked to both Sunderland and Liverpool, Rate your player. Will be interesting to see what @Rulz03 makes of him after a season with the Black Cats.

have always like nick but he has never reached the potential-- would like to see him mature as a player on the pitch and reach his best- seems to like playing in the danish team so a 2 man strike force is where he is best

Maybe it's just his attitude that hinders him? Being a god in Denmark can't help
I'm not a great fan, seems to have all the attributes but just seems a little lazy
@walshi1987 hahahaha!! paddy power!!

He's never going to be more than a mid table club starter. He seems to think he's better than he actually is. I heard something once that he wears number 52 cos he earns 52k at Arsenal. If that's true he's done extremly well for a bit part player. If he does leave I can't see him getting a "big" move it'll be to a mid-table club. @brightside_94 I've just read he'll be expecting a fine from UEFA but it says "although his fee from Paddy Power will probably be more than double".

@Baldersmith I'd prefer Carroll for that job

Get a goalscorer alongside him and you've got yourself a good player. He will set up a fair few with his hold up play and chip in with a goal every now and then.

Average player earning too much money.... well more than he should considering he's done in his career to date! He's better suited to a mid table team. cant wait to sell him....

@Rulz03.. I recall a previous debate about you slating the SPL yet he outscores your team. No player on your team scored more goals than Jelavic in the whole season let alone Jelavic's 1/2 season.

@MB_Ktubes He didnt score more than our whole team, And glad to see you bigging up a Everton player thats slightly embarrasing

@Rulz03.. Once again was your top scorer last season. You can hardly boast after finishing behind Jelavic, a player you despise for his SPL roots, who also outscored your whole team despite only playing 1/2 a season.

Liverpool can have him... makes you into a proper mid table team
... Saying that you always have Carroll to fall back on

@Charlton.. I wasn't suggesting that, it's just the links to Liverpool and that he is the leader of the front line for Denmark.

Average at best, one good game in the Euro's doesn't mean he's mint, tbh I do think he has the ability but he's too much of a moron and isn't willing to put in the effort

@Doozers20.. Sunderland were struggling for a foward so yes I would agree far from prolific but it's an experience he has only had at international level. It was really only his first season as a main striker. I could see him moving abroad if a move in England doesn't happen. Copenhagen maybe?

8 goals as a regular striker isn't the best especially for one that proclaims himself as 'one of the best in the world'
