@TheDannyGordon I'm not convinced either, in fact the way things have gone the last few months, I'm braced for it.

@Special_K Bomber Brown sounds drunk in every interview i have heard him in. He shouts about pies etc and Green has no interest in anything other than money, i am still not convinced there will be a Rangers newco playing any form of football next season

@TheDannyGordon I don't trust Green, I want to trust Bomber but he's all talk and no substance (and doesn't seem very knowledgeable regarding takeovers) - We can agree that Rangers should be in Division 3, but we both know Scottish Football makes up the rules as they go along. How it stands right now, should be the end of it, but I don't think it will be.

@TheDannyGordon how? I wouldn't abandon my team if be annoyed but I'd get on with it
@Italian_celt67 the SPL would be dead. fans would leave more teams would collapse faster

@James nice :p
Celtic will be shown in 3D next season on Sky, Rangers on the other hand will be shown in D3

@TheDannyGordon even if they stayed in SPL they would be a bottom half team anyway
@Special_K wouldn't trust Green or Bomber Brown. the only place Newco should be is the 3rd division. If its SPL then i am done with Scottish football

@TheDannyGordon and I believe the majority of Rangers fans want to start from the bottom as well. You're probably right, we'll be put into the SPL with heavy sactions (point deductions, transfer embargo, fines etc) even after losing the vast majority of our squad. What happens if Rangers are relegated due to footballing reasons next year? It's a complete farce. Charles Green would probably accept the SPL place though, he'll see $$$ in his eyes and not even think twice about it.

Should start from the bottom
@Special_K big rumours Regan will just put you in SPL. If that is true it means we play and support a league that 2 sides will never be relegated from which means the league is fixed to suit us and that is wrong on so many levels. It's a new club
@TheDannyGordon It's been leaked that Regan was certain that Rangers would be in SFL1 - and despite his threats to the SFL clubs, didn't get his way. No doubt they're frantically now trying to accommodate a place for Rangers that is not SFL3.

@Special_K the people in charge should have gone. Doncaster said 2 years ago anything other than a 10 team SPL would be in financial meltdown. now he is desperate for a 14 team SPL? the bosses at the top are clueless. If Rangers get into the SPL even after the vote then the SPL is dead. Fans will not go back

Nice to see so many Celtic fans showing their concern for us. Yes, I agree that Rangers should face a punishment but the ruling powers of Scottish Football have really messed this up big time. Other clubs, in ALL divisions, are left hanging with their pre-season preparations. IF, I don't think we've seen the end of this, Rangers are allowed back into the SPL then those who made the decisions should step down. (they probably should anyway - to be honest)
