Should the SPL Made into a Sunday League
Rangers
With Rangers getting thrown out it leave just celtic so should everyone just cut their losses and just start it as a sunday league cause they are all slowly going bankrupt anyway.

@Italian_celt67 the league is just going to be so boring though from an outsiders prospective. I could put my house on Celtic winning the league already.... no one wants a league where someone walks away with it. You'll probablies have a 30 point gap to 2nd place n to most people thats boring

@amcewan yes but none cheated. Rangers did, hearts couldn't pay their players partly down to the £800k rangers owe them
@amcewan I feel for the fans and players but the team was breaking the law and that's why happens
I'd like to see us take our medicine, and return to the top of the game in a few years. Does annoy me how everyone's now on their high horse though re: Rangers' mistakes. Hibs who have been through 8 managers since 2000, and 4 in 4 years, Hearts who go months without paying anyway (I won't touch on Celtic...). Great sporting integrity there... Let him who is without sin, cast the first stone. Further, don't forget that we'd have probably won their league in those years anyway. A lot of it coincided with the pre-Martin O'Neill years when Celtic were at best, a joke.

I have renewed my season ticket and am looking forward to another great season at Celtic park. And now we'll see the true rangers fans, the ones who don't abandon their club

Rangers were the problem the league itself will be fine. Yeah it will be rough for a while but it will all work out in the end the problem is English fans that have no idea what they're talking about saying that Scottish football is over :s you need to seriously grow up
@markmck17 see its not just me. they seem to just think we should forgive them so they can do it again. They have no idea but tell me my opinion is wrong then moan when i belittle them

If you think the league will go under you must be a crocodile in a river in Egypt because you are in denial! Rangers cheated for 10+ years and deserve everything they get! For years they have bullied the smaller clubs and bought there best assets! The revolution has begun and Scottish football will flourish. To the OP you really need to have a word with yourself your point and comments after have been absolute nonsense. Have a word

this could finally be the end of Scottish football - by all accounts - rangers and celtic make the SPL what it is bringing in most if not all the revenue. No team outside the top 2 has really ever formed any sort of challenge and this could finally be the nail in the coffin - especially if Celtic play poorly in Europe.

@brightside_94 no they aren't. Rangers will be a loss. but champions league football, and one of the best football chief execs lawwell (chased by City at one point) has said we have a stand alone loicy. this has been coming for almost a year.

@MB_Ktubes its not just that mate any time he gets to disrespect rangers and what has happened he does and he shouldnt get away with disrespecting the history of a great club with a great fanbase that they have @thedannygordon i am sick of this to be honest you need to just grow up and yet again this is the last i am going to say on this issue
