Wales sensitive to Aaron Ramsey 'issues' over Ryan Shawcross call
Ryan Shawcross
Ryan shawcross may play for Wales however they will consult their captain Ramsey over this after shawcross his leg in 2010. Does this matter? After all shawcross cried his way off the pitch that night and has said their was no malice in the challenge. Interesting what @swanseajack101 @cymrurhif1 @lemming249 and @petergriffith94 especially think of this

He was asked in an interview if he would have considered it an he said no
@irish_swans He wasn't eligible but he would have been with the current rules. Besides that, he said he never would have considered England. Whether that's true or not, only he knows. But I agree with your point, all the others are current internationals.

And can I say, I have no problem with Wales players being picked for Team GB. It's a nice little addition to the Olympics and it gives young players tournament experience. It wont damage the Welsh national team at all.

@Baldersmith no it's nothing like that I just don't think countries that want independence should be playing for the country they want to get away from thats all
@irish_swans I see your point but I suppose its more of an opportunity for him to have a crack at some sort of international tournament before he retires.

@IanRush The Welsh nationals who get dropped because of a foreigner taking their place loses out.

@Baldersmith I disagree. The relevant team's happy because they improve, ditto for the fans and the player's even happier because he gets to play International football! who loses out here?!

Half the German team aren't German...half the Irish team haven't been Irish for many a year. It's endemic to football these days...
