@MB_Ktubes fair point, it's not really been beating the teams around us at home this season, it's been more about the form away from home. Hughton's cautious approach to management doesn't glean many points from away games as the City win was only the second away win all season! If they are to consolidate a mid-table position next season then they're gonna need to take a few risks like in the two away wins against Swansea and City. Lambert was good for that and he knew when a game was there for the winning. In terms of the Leeds players, I agree partially with you. For all his goals this season, when I've been to games to see Robert Snodgrass play he has looked incredibly winy and as a left footer he is constantly cutting inside for shots and not providing enough crosses for Grant Holt. Howson has proved his worth in the side with two cracking goals at the end of the season and as generally been a consistent performer despite the critics. And Johnson, I'm not a big fan personally. He doesn't seem to bring much to the side. Will need to see a few more players come in to improve the squad especially after 10 were released today!

@Posford... That is true but you've not beaten some of the teams around you which is the key point. I'm not knocking Norwich at all. I have been impressed with them at times but I've also been disappointed with their performances too. They should be finishing between 9th and 12th. More quality is needed. Van Wolfswinkel is a good start but more is needed. Leeds United's midfield isn't going to help (Howson, Johnson and Snodgrass). They not terrible players but they aren't great players.

@MB_Ktubes well pretty much everyone in the bottom half was inconsistent this year, that's why they were there! It was really tight down at the bottom and about a month ago anyone could've still be relegated. You can't knock Norwich's ability in the league though when they beat Arsenal, United, City and Everton this season. How many of those teams did Villa beat for example?

@Posford.. Can't base a whole season on two games. Holt didn't score enough and the team was inconsistent. I would say that anywhere between 11th and 14th would be another solid season.

@MB_Ktubes Bottom half is a fair prediction I'd say but after the last two performances you can't really say relegation is on the cards for next year

@Posford... Around 15 goals. Norwich will be in the bottom half I feel. They lack the quality throughout at this stage.

If spurs come fourth next year I'll invite @MillwallDon round with his lads to kick the #### out of me

Anyone thinking Norwich should expect to be proved wrong again. Ricky Van Wolfswinkel is on his way to Carrow Road, a proven goalscorer across europe, 11th placed finish in the Premier League which will come with its increased financial earning after finishing 13th last season, zero debt and with the youth team having just won the FA Youth Cup then there isn't much to suggest relegation next season. Norwich City defying the haters since 2010
