Who else will be ###### off if sturridge starts central over Suarez.

Rumors are that BR said sturridge will playe central striker and Suarez will play elsewhere. If this is true I'm going to be fuming. He's 2nd leading goalscorer where hes at, why the $@$@&$@$@&"&@ would he change that, the purpose of bringing sturridge in should be as a wide player coming into the box on crosses and through balls, how dare BR move Suarez out of there, if it wasn't for Suarez we'd be nowhere, he owes it to Suarez to let him keep scoring boatloads centrally. Will any1 else be furious if true, which it Probly is.

@CheeseOnMyToad It's not in his contract, he has already come out and quashed them rumours.

If people watch Liverpool Suarez is not the central striker, he roams from everything, its a good tactic and i cannot wait to see Borini Sturridge and Suarez start up top together, the movement from Borini and Suarez will create so much space for Sturridge to use his pace and run through at goal. It will allow Liverpool to create a lot more chances, Suarez will be a threat from anywhere. 4-3-3 does not mean one central striker and two wingers it could mean three strikers with one holding deeper or two holding deeper. I think it will also see Suarez score more goals.

It wont make any difference. Suarez is already roaming everywhere on the pitch and Sturridge would play as a striker even if we played him as a winger.

@JohnnyLuken You know what I mean it must of been in his terms before he signed the contract.

Suarez scored 110 goals in 159 games for Ajax playing as a wide forward. But you're right, Rodgers is off his head.

@CheeseOnMyToad in his contract to contract to play in a position?!

It's the only position Sturridge plays well at IMO, it probably would of been in his contract to play at this position. Maybe he will play better than Suarez, maybe he'll be total ######.

Sturridge will throw a tantrum if he is not a center forward.

@Baldersmith I know that. It would still be nice to get a golden boot.

@lucas21 'it is for the greater good of the team' it would be better for Liverpool to potentially finish 6/7 and get European football than 8/9 and Suarez getting the golden boot. Personally, I think Van Persie would've won it anyway but yanno

@lucas21 The team is more important.

@Baldersmith top 2, you mean 1st right. This might help the team, but there goes any hope of Suarez getting the golden boot.

I wouldn't be that peeved. Suarez dropping into the hole to collect the ball in acres of space would actually give me an erection, his movement in the hole would be a DM's nightmare. You would get CB's coming out to try and deal with him freeing up space in behind for Sturridge and himself to run into. Top 2 in back on...

@IanRush I see your point and I actually don't think there is a massive difference between us and you

@goooooners Do you think there's a gulf of class between Liverpool and Arsenal? That's fair enough if you do, everybody's entitled to an opinion but it does amuse me when Arsenal fans sneer at Liverpool, suggesting that they're infinitely inferior.

Suarez is not a box player. Even the Sunderland game was full off missed opportunities because there was no-one coming on to some decent balls played across the front. This highlights where Sturridge can make a difference and I think Suarez will welcome Sturridge playing through the centre because it will grant him more freedom. If Suarez and Sturridge can build a good relationship, I feel both could achieve decent goal tallies.
