To follow on a previous post, who would everyone consider to be the best young player of the season. My top 3 would be Caulker, Rafael and Ben Davies

Rafael is an awesome fullback, one of the few that attack without getting caught up too high. Awesome player, forget how young he is.

@owonefi7 fair enough, respect the opinions and all that, but I don't think Wilshere has been that amazing myself, he missed a good chunk of games, then took time to get going, rate him highly as I've said in other discussions but think he might scrape my top 10 for young players this season. Also think Hazard dropped off a bit after a bright start. Whereas I can't remember many occasions where goals against United have come from the opponents left, whilst Rafael shows a great attacking option as well.

@Doozers20 yes but all things considered, there's some who've done even better and at a younger age, I had to leave lukaku off my list, that was a difficult time for me

@owonefi7 Sterling has created more chances than Valencia this season. He very much has got end product. What he lack is composure. When the pass or the finish is too obvious, he tends to fück it up. But, jesus he's just become 18, thats no time to start calling anyone overrated.

@owonefi7 You're basing that judgement on how many games?! Give the guy a break, judge him after one season, not ten games!

@IanRush he's a winger with no end product. He could take on a whole team and then fail to hit a decent cross, that part of his game must improve otherwise he'll be the next Aaron Lennon, time is on his side though, should be 7-10 years till he peaks

@owonefi7 Not at all. He was playing regular Premiership football at 17 and doing very well; no huge surprise that he's faded a bit.

Well i dunno whether were talking english leagues or the world here cos el sharaawy etc are being touted but for domestic leagues here in uk, and also taking into account of 22 being my stop off point any older and your into bale (world class), hernandez(scoring 15 from the bench) etc territory mine would have to be....Ben Davies, has been maginificent for the swans this season, 18 years old and is a brilliant prospect, played against lots of the big boys and coped tremendously and has been a large outlet going forwards as well...eden hazard, the man is going to be 1 of the greatest wingers in the game in the near future, his first 3 yards are as quick as anybody's and he still has loads of improvement to be made, very very good player and thridly although he hasnt had many games i still think Phil Jones will be a future england captain, the responsibility fergie puts in him frequently suggests how good he is and i cannot remember a game when ive thought he was poor there in it, the boy is a low profile, great footballer!....ill probably get called to the dogs as my picks are different to many others but it was hard to leave out wellbeck, wilshire, rafeal, shaw and clyne but those 3 pip it for me
