Let’s face it: the last few years have been an absolute rollercoaster for Manchester City supporters. We’re always been a huge force in British sport, the best supported side in our city, with a roll call of legends running through our team’s history like Lee, Trautman, Bell and Summerbee. Since the Sheikh took over, however, things have gone supernova at the City of Manchester Stadium, with some of the biggest names in football on the pitch and in the dugout.

The drama and glory of 2011/ 2012 is still fresh in all our minds (who the hell could forget it?), but what are your big hopes, dreams or concerns for the future? This is the place to let everybody know. Join the debate at the City Fans Football Forum today!

NEW POST   Releasethekraken added The World Cup kicks off - Brazil vs Croatia

So today the 2014 World Cup begins with hosts Brazil taking on Croatia (9pm kick-off in the UK). Cannot wait for it to start. Since it's a World Cup, I am hoping that the forum will be busier over the next month or so. Because it's been very quiet for most of the Premier League season - it'd be great to see it back to the way it used to be, if even... - 3 years

NEW POST   Doozers20 added Manchester City are a disgraceful club!

It has to be said, Manchester City are the lowest of the low! Not wishing that poor Yaya Toure a happy Birthday. Should be demoted to the conference and be forced to give Yaya £1 billion compensation!... - 3 years

Doozers20 commented on Congratulations

I meant it as a positive, annoys me when people say City buy the league, yes they have in a way but it is the only possible way they were going to get up there... Bringing young quality players through wouldn't work as you'd just get a bigger team coming in and overpowering you for them, just look at Southampton. Yes it has made it more competitiv... - 3 years

Releasethekraken commented on Congratulations

But many will argue that is a good thing. you could argue that surely it's goos a team like that can become successful, instead of just the same old liverpool, arsenal, united... i'm still undecided, but you can't deny that city and chelsea spending crazy money has improved the league. quality and competition wise.... - 3 years

Time for Lerner to sell the club. And time for Paul Lambert and Paul Falkner to be gone also. We need fresh ambition and a completely new start. Aston Villa is a laughing stock. Worst Villa team I've ever seen.... - 3 years

NEW POST   Releasethekraken added Final Day 2013/14

So another brilliant Premier League season draws to a close. Not much can change today - Norwich need a ridiculous swing in goal difference to stay up so given the fact that they can't score goals they're pretty much down - Man United can sneak a Europa League place from Spurs if they beat Southampton and Spurs lose. And the big one is the title -... - 3 years

Releasethekraken commented on Crystal Palace vs Liverpool

How is it stupid from rodgers? if you can't go for more goals when you're 3-0 up when can you? it's not his fault the team went into AIDS mode for the last 10 minutes and conceded 3 goals. it was just incredibly naive defending by liverpool, nothing to do with the manager. and why do liverpool not deserve it because 'their forwards have dug them o... - 3 years

Doozers20 commented on PFA Player and Young Player of the year nominees announced!!

Yeah I'd have Azpilicueta right back, Shaw left back. I went a bit far though, I do rate Ivanovic and Cole is still good defensively. I definitely reckon Shaw would push for a spot though. I also wouldn't say significantly better, in fact I put Shaw in my team of the season.... - 3 years
